Staff for Lease :)

Hi I’m Bob Lawrence. I’m currently part of the executive team in our company. One of my major tasks is about the staffing.  It includes hiring, recruiting, training, etc.  Being the one handling this task, I undergo difficulties in our company regarding this stuff. One of it is the lacking of employees. I don’t know why, but some of our employees are beginning to resign and look for other opportunities. Well we all know that working abroad really has a higher incentives rather than working here. But I believe that not all. And because of that dilemma, I studied and researched ways on how to easily replace those employees that left. As I was searching on my computer, this thing caught my attention. It’s all about staff leasing services. Then I realized that in today’s worlds, even employees are now for leased. That was great. I know now the solution for our companies’ problem. So what I did is to inquire and coordinate on those that offer this staff leasing service. And I found out that many are offering this stuff. It’s really great. Thanks to that staff leasing! :)
